It was a surprise to see someone so original and uplifting, that really gets down to your very core. His expression is very special, as if he is painting a picture as he sings. Surely he will become a household figure very soon and if he doesnt it is because these are times that are too mediocre. The Review-a review of my appearance at The Go-go Indie festival in Co.carlow, 2010.

E!

E was raised on a Wisconsin farm and has lived there for a majority of his life. His greatest source of inspiration is reading, spending time with his children, gardening and taking care of wild animals in need. During the day he runs a small business in sales and he goes to school studying Nanotechnology. He is inspired by the music of artist such as Michael Jackson, James Brown and Johnny Gill.
Music was also a part of his life. If you are looking for a musical escape and adventure, E can arrange that. He is a new recording artist bringing audiences a new exciting sound. He has managed to bring that sex appeal back to disco music that we haven’t seen since Studio 54 and we thank him so much for that.
E is proud to announce the release of his hot new single "Shadow Dancing". This outstanding remake was brilliantly arranged. It takes you back to that groovy disco era and recaptures the very beat of the times. It is a hot club tune that will make you get lost in the moment. It has a powerhouse beat with outrageous vocals and that combination is a winner when it comes to dance music. There are some songs that make you move your body the moment you hear the first note. "Shadow Dancing" is one of those songs. It is a contagious dance tune that makes you want to play it over and over again.

Nickis Fabbrocile

Nickis Fabbrocile was born in the province of Naples 22 years ago, and although he was always aimed towards broader horizons, he owes to his land the knowledge of his first travelling companions, some of his most loyal collaborators, among them guitarist Giuseppe Dardano, who still shares with him this exciting experience and those who first believed in him and urged him to believe in his skill as a singer and his talent. A son of Vesuvius through whose veins course as magma the vibrations of rock, a kind of music with which he started out with his album revealing daring hints of the Canadian singer Alanis Morrissette. When he’s on stage, the energy that he puts into his interpretations spreads around: it is the strength of things that you do with passion. Nickis has on his lips the grimace of a rebel, but those who know him, know that an emotional sensitivity that is not weakness characterises him, and rather, leads him to dig into the depths of the human soul to capture those nuances of colour in things and in people that he then reports in his lyrics. He has the attitude of someone who is angry, but, can you tell me who is more romantic than a rocker that’s a little damned? Throughout the whole world where above all music travels without a passport we hope that Nickis’ music will go a long way and enjoy the success that his talent deserves .… "Go Nickis, run against the wind… enter your sun .."

Laura Ainsworth

Laura’s shows have drawn appreciative audiences and rave reviews. BroadwayWorld.com raved that her show "Cole Porter: Elegance & Decadence," was "magnificent entertainment" and described her as both "a fine singer with an outstanding range and genuine wit" and "a vivid personality with a wonderful stage presence." No wonder some of the top jazz and supper club musicians in the Southwest have eagerly teamed with her, including recording artist Michael Gott and pianist and Sammons Center for the Arts' "2011 Dallas Jazz Musician of the Year," Brian Piper. Piper's modern jazz group, the Brian Piper Trio, were recent spotlight artists at the Newport Jazz Fest Beach Party. They make up the core band for Laura's debut album: the sexy, sultry, swinging and, in spots, sublimely silly "Keep It To Yourself" (Eclectus Records, available at CDBaby.com and iTunes), which was also produced and arranged by Piper. Special guests include violinist Milo Deering of the hot bluegrass/jazz fusion group Beatlegras and guitarist Chris Derose, a favorite accompanist of Willie Nelson, Patti Austin and Michael Feinstein.

Daniel Glen Timms

If you followed the path that independent recording artist Daniel Glen Timms has taken since he first picked up a guitar at age 14, the journey would seem like a trip through the heart and soul of American music. Never satisfied to be pigeon-holed into one genre of music, he explored, absorbed, blended and simmered in the sounds of his early years as a performer and musician in Louisiana to his long stay in California and now more recent years in Nashville. The singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer seems to flourish when he has the freedom to take all of the ingredients of his influences and create his own style that he has nurtured for over three decades, since he first strummed that first chord as a boy in the Mississippi Delta. Not unlike his tasty gumbo that he cooks so well, his music reveals a sound that melts into a rich, flavorful and a profound musical experience.
With his newest record, "Life's An Illusion", you can hear an artist that has arrived at a place of mastery of his instrument, the studio and the song. The heartbreaks, regressions, reflections and redemption of this American songwriter are not lost in the commercial sensibilities of the new album that is old school in its sound but timeless in its feeling. Life's An Illusion is a 10-song album by an artist nurtured in the sounds of the 70's, yet like any pure music, rings with truth and clarity of the present. Daniel Glen Timms is a poster child of the independent artist movement, who has never given up on his dream and taught himself how to produce his own records, design his own albums and release his music on his own label, while expanding his audience throughout the world.
The deep, rich and human experiences this independent artist has undoubtedly absorbed by working in these areas, has brought a unique perspective to this American-born singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. These stories and insights seem to ooze from his material, which vibrates with a high level of musicianship, poetic lyrics and accomplished tonal qualities. If you dig down to the roots of this artist, the lyrics and emotions seem to come alive with authenticity.

Lee Hayes

I am an Original and Honest Singer Songwriter in the classic sense, think Paul Simon/Bowie/Lennon ect...
After being born I was educated (processed) in Birmingham England which is roughly in the middle of England. Enough of that kinda stuff, I’m a wordy person always somewhere else, not quite with it, whatever ‘it’ is, thinking about meanings to songs, especially little throw away lines. I can’t stand this Cowell driven vacuum that exists at the moment, don’t believe ‘bankers’, ‘politicians’ and especially ‘Newsreaders’. I like writing songs that have interesting guitar parts, I feel the words need to flow with the guitar part and have nice hidden meanings (especially the ones I don’t know myself) I still have ten fingers and toes which are the product of 3.5 billion years of evolution, I walk upright and like the rest of humanity often speak before I think but at least I don’t go around killing others after which sets me apart from lower forms of life. So to conclude I wish you peace and happiness and I hope you get away with anything that don’t harm no-one and brings you pleasure.

Derik LaRon

"Derik LaRon is about to smash the mainstream. Influenced by artists such as the legendary Michael Jackson, the Philadelphia singer blends indie pop and dance rhythms with a piercing R&B vocal performance that touches the soul. With a crossover like that, he is bound to 'Crash Radio,' as his debut album suggests. Throughout this genre-bending 13-track collection, LaRon crafts a beautiful assortment of timeless classics that possess a modern resonance and a pulse. That is evident on club bangers such as 'Make A Wish' and 'Dance With Me.' Also, on ballads like 'I Can't' and the romantic 'Knight In Shining Armor,' the singer proves he could be urban music's next R. Kelly. Simply put, 'Crash Radio' is easily one of the best R&B albums of 2011 and by the end of the year, LaRon will be the mainstream superstar he is destined to be."
"Derik Laron can sing, although he uses AutoTune to compete with others in his genre, he's not the type of artist that needs it because he can actually sing. Those who like Usher, Ne-Yo, and Chris Brown would really like Derik's new project, "Crash Radio", which contains several potential Top 40 hits on it.
For example, "Change Their Mind" is a great song that has a lot of major commercial radio appeal. The music is brilliantly produced and the hook is very catchy; it reminds me of something Usher or Michael Jackson would do.
Another cool song is "Make A Wish". On this one, Derik delivers a Trey Songz feel that really places him among some of today's R&B elite. At times on the song you will forget you're listening to an unsigned artist.
Other notable songs by Derik Laron include "Knight In Shining Armor", "Magazine", and "Never Change". Either of these songs could be a break out hit on any urban or Top 40 radio station.

Anna Zoe

Anna Zoe is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and has been singing since she began to speak. Her parents urged her to participate with them in the church choir, and put her in piano lessons for 6 years, which led to performing in school choirs and musical theatre. This part of her life created that focus and hunger that made her work even harder.
That wasn’t her only outlet though. In her mind, she always thought of herself as being an athlete, because it was more of a realistic goal in relation to her hometown. However, the music truly became a focus in her life as a few special people who saw that inner spark, urged her to pursue her music instead.
She learned to write her own songs and even started her own record label, Dank Records. "If you are going to do it, do it right", states Anna.
Anna self-released a 3-song EP electronically and songs such as 'Someday' and 'Back in The Day' were released on compilation CD's by Quickstar Productions, all the while working on putting together a full length album.
Anne Zoe is proud to announce the release of her debut CD "Friction in Some Direction" on June 27, 2011. Her lead single, "Keep Breathing" "signifies not giving up on what you believe is right and true in your heart in whatever form it may be", states Anna. This song has a wonderful mixture of live instruments, electronic elements and a pure, crisp sound to it. Lyrically it is eloquent, and the arrangement of this song is extraordinary and unique. The injection of clever techniques makes Anna Zoe an artist to watch for. She brings freshness to alternative pop songs, which make her music different than the rest of the players in this industry.

Abby Cubey

Mother was a politician back when i was 11 and i was ask to be on the stage." I remember singing an Celine Dion song and that was it. Ever since that moment, I've been addicted."
Rich in diverse music from all over the globe, Cebu was an exciting hometown for the budding singer/songwriter. On one end of the spectrum, her home was filled with the 1950s classics that were her mother’s passion. Meanwhile, the city is rich in traditional sounds, including reggae, rock and folk music, as well as the latest pop hits. "Cebu is basically one of the best city in the country, so you're exposed to every type of music over there," explains Cubey.
When asked to describe the music she's about to release Cubey says "it's hard to put myself in a box. I just write songs that I strongly believe in and that are coming from inside. Although she is incredibly proud of the recordings, Cubey feels the best way to experience the sound is to see her perform live. "That is what I'm most excited for – taking these songs and traveling them around the world." The only place she would rather be than in the recording studio, is with her back up dancers on stage – where she smiling and sharing her love to her fans. "I think people are really going to gravitate towards the live show. We turn it into a party." Her message to her fans: Thank you for your support and i will be here for more, and know that all of us are special on our own way. Love you all.

Linda Welby

Linda's career is driven by her passion for adventurous meaningful compositions and in pursuing this passion her musicianship and mastery of arrangement are broadly appreciated in the music industry. Linda has always kept her head and her heart despite her consistent rise and has no need for elaborate vocal embellishments to get her message across. Linda's cool, clear, soulful voice has always worn its emotions in the open. Writing is also something that Linda has been doing for years "I was always a poetry writer and always loved words, even from a young age. So writing my own album came naturally".
Linda, for many years, has had the uncanny ability of being able to very successfully manage raising a family, co-ordinating several work projects as well as dedicating time to continued education. It has to be asked, with eight children ranging in ages from twenty two to nine, a day and night job and the launching of a CD, just how does Linda find the time? "When I had three kids I wondered how I would ever cope, I was absolutely run off my feet, but it seemed to get easier as time went on. That's how it seemed to me anyway. I don't think I'm that busy," she laughs.
Linda's pure interest in people is clearly evident in her very approachable and friendly manner. "I sing and play because I love it and I do feel that any success that I have had has not changed me as a person. I like to keep things as normal as possible in my life because that is just the way I am". Sheer simplicity is what keeps this fun-loving and very independent free spirit happiest. "My songs tell a story of real people in real times, stories that can be true for a lot of people not just me, I believe that is why people of all ages connect with them"

fLO

At a tiny dance studio in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission District, a group of young girls wrap up a new hip-hop routine and head out into the bright afternoon. As they leave, they cheerily wave goodbye to their inspiring teacher – the young dancer, singer, and songwriter whom the world will soon know as fLO.
As ever, the 21-year old dance teacher stays in her studio to work on new dance routines for the live shows and music videos that have so far helped make fLO one of the country’s hottest emerging pop artists. Club appearances in the Bay Area have seen fLO amass a loyal local fan base, while her online presence has enabled thousands of people across the world to hear her music, watch her videos, and follow her on social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter. Those numbers are sure to increase with the June release of her debut album The Exhibition, which launches on June 01st – the same day as her first big televised live performance on BET’s 106 & Park.
Her artistic urge is evident in her songs, which result from the various experiences and emotions of her life. The sexy swagger of club smash Like Me is a riposte to a vindictive former friend, while the tender vulnerability of Platinum Love captures the feeling of falling in love.
These songs also highlight the diversity of the fLO sound, which seems to straddle multiple genres, while remaining firmly in the pop arena. She attributes this to the variety of music she was exposed to by her English mother and a Senegalese father.
"Not many young girls grew up listening to the likes of Youssou N'Dour," she laughs, "but having heard all this world music helps me bring a different slant to things and be open-minded about what I can create. I’m happy to be considered a pop singer, but really I would love to be genre-less."
